ND/Acupuncture Combo New Client Visit

This is for new clients that are interested in Naturopathic care and would like an acupuncture treatment in the same visit. We will discuss health concerns, health goals, health history, current medications, supplements, diet and lifestyle habits and your individualized wellness plan plus a 30 minute acupuncture session.
ND Follow Up Visits
These are follow up Naturopathic care visits which vary in length based upon the time needed. Dr. Carrie will inquire about the changes you've implemented since the initial visit if there are new changes to your condition and to determine if your condition is improving. If lab tests were ordered previously, then we will review the results. At the end, Dr. Carrie may discuss next steps, suggest some changes to your wellness plan, and/or schedule another follow up anywhere from 1-8 weeks out.

Acupuncture New Adult Visit

This visit is designed for new clients seeking acupuncture. We will focus on a symptom specific history and assessment including pulse, tongue and palpation to help Dr. Carrie choose the acupuncture points to use. Please wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothes or shorts.

ND/Acupuncture Combo New Client Visit

This is for new clients that are interested in Naturopathic care and would like an acupuncture treatment during the same visit. We will discuss health concerns, health goals, health history, current medications, supplements, diet and lifestyle habits and your individualized wellness plan plus a 30 minute acupuncture session.
Acupuncture Follow Up Visits
These visits are for established Acupuncture clients. They include a brief check-in and then 30 minutes of treatment with needles. There are 2 options for follow-up visits, the common 60-minute follow-up or a 90-minute follow-up which allows for clients to rest longer.

Bodywork
​
A standalone session using traditional Chinese modalities like cupping, gua sha and tuina massage. Clients interested in this service do not have to be established as Naturopathic or Acupuncture clients.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture Visit
90 mins
$175
Facial rejuvenation is a cosmetic extension of traditional acupuncture that helps rejuvenate the skin and reduce the signs of aging. Benefits include improved facial circulation and lymphathic drainage, reduce wrinkles & fine lines, tone facial muscles, tighten sagging skin and stimulate collagen production.
Dr. Carrie recommends 10 sessions weekly or biweekly to see optimum results. Upon finishing the 10 visit course, clients go into the maintenance stage and are recommended to get one treatment every 4-8 weeks or once per season.
