Naturopathic Medicine
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
120 minutes | $495
Your first naturopathic visit is intentionally comprehensive. This extended appointment gives Dr. Carrie the time to understand your health history, current concerns, medications and supplements, nutrition, lifestyle, previous testing, and your goals for care. Together, we'll begin identifying health priorities and developing a personalized path forward.
Initial Naturopathic Medicine + Acupuncture Consultation
150 minutes | $565
For new clients who would like to begin with both comprehensive naturopathic care and acupuncture. Your visit includes an in-depth naturopathic consultation along with an individualized acupuncture treatment, allowing Dr. Carrie to begin integrating both approaches from the start.
Naturopathic Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits allow us to assess your progress, address concerns, review relevant testing, provide education, and adjust your recommendations as your needs evolve.
30 minutes | $140 — Focused follow-up care for progress checks, specific concerns, or targeted adjustments.
45 minutes | $190 — Additional time for more detailed reassessment, education, or changes to your care plan.
60 minutes | $255 — Extended follow-up care for more complex concerns, deeper clinical discussion, or multiple health priorities.
Additional appointment lengths may be recommended by Dr. Carrie for established clients when appropriate.
Pediatric Naturopathic Care
Personalized naturopathic care is also available for children and adolescents. Pediatric visits consider the child's health history, nutrition, lifestyle, development, current concerns, and family goals to create age-appropriate recommendations and support.

Acupuncture
Initial Acupuncture Consultation

Your first acupuncture visit includes a focused health history, assessment, and individualized acupuncture treatment. Dr. Carrie may incorporate traditional East Asian medicine assessment techniques such as tongue observation, pulse evaluation, and palpation to help guide your treatment.
Standalone acupuncture appointments focus specifically on acupuncture care and do not include naturopathic assessment, supplement recommendations, or laboratory review. Clients interested in integrating these services should begin with a Naturopathic or ND + Acupuncture consultation.
Acupuncture Follow-Up Visits
Acupuncture 60 — 60 minutes | $150
Acupuncture 90 — 90 minutes | $220
Bodywork
Traditional East Asian medicine therapies such as cupping, gua sha, and tuina may be used to support circulation, muscle tension, mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being. Bodywork may be offered as a standalone service or incorporated into select acupuncture visits when appropriate.

This first visit is an opportunity for Dr. Carrie to get to know you and gain an in-depth knowledge of your health, both past and present. We will discuss health concerns, health goals, a complete health history, current medications, supplements, diet and lifestyle habits and your individualized wellness plan.
This is for pediatric clients that are new to Vibrant Wellness and are interested in Naturopathic care. This first visit is an opportunity for Dr. Carrie to get to know you and gain an in-depth knowledge of your health, both past and present. We will discuss health concerns, health goals, a complete health history, current medications, supplements, diet and lifestyle habits and your individualized wellness plan.
This is for new clients that are interested in Naturopathic care and would like an acupuncture treatment in the same visit. We will discuss health concerns, health goals, health history, current medications, supplements, diet and lifestyle habits and your individualized wellness plan plus a 30 minute acupuncture session.
These are follow up Naturopathic care visits which vary in length based upon the time needed. Dr. Carrie will inquire about the changes you've implemented since the initial visit if there are new changes to your condition and to determine if your condition is improving. If lab tests were ordered previously, then we will review the results. At the end, Dr. Carrie may discuss next steps, suggest some changes to your wellness plan, and/or schedule another follow up anywhere from 1-8 weeks out.
